Wow - amazing supplement

I have been battling with some seriously resistant weight loss. Incorporating Eden’s has been monumental. My generally finicky gut has been more stable and my energy is more sustained, and bloating has gone some substantially. Last but not least, the pounds are coming off. Will certainly be buying again.

Pleasant taste; effective product!

Ashok Srinivasan

Generally, I have used ground flax seeds and chia seeds as a source of extra fiber. I have been using Eden's for about a month now. It tastes great, dissolves easily, and is filling without being heavy. I usually blend it (easily!) in smoothies, plain coconut water, or kefir. All of these factors make it easy to take it consistently and make it part of a daily routine. I would recommend Eden's very highly.

The New Multivitamin!

This is a quality 3-in-1 supplement that I've been taking for ~2 months. I've noticed improvements in my digestion and how my body is able to process the foods I consume. I expect this will impact my overall health in a measurable way over time.

Will Eden's make me feel bloated or gassy?

Those who are fiber deficient may feel bloated or gassy for the first week or so of taking Eden’s as their body is not accustomed to digesting the proper amount of fiber. The good news is, discomfort may be a sign it’s actually working! If you experience these symptoms, consider limiting your intake to half a scoop daily for about a week to let your body adjust, then increase to the full scoop. You’ll likely find you better digest all types of fiber-rich foods with continued use.
